TAXES: All prices are inclusive of all taxes.

DELIVERY: We will despatch your order as soon as possible. If items are out of stock we will make them to fulfil your order. However, please bear in mind that bespoke pottery is a slow process and it can take up to two months to fulfil orders. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order.

SHIPPING: Shipping within the UK. We use the Post Office or Parcel Force tracked and signed for service (depending on size and weight). For items in stock, normal delivery time is within 3 to 5 working days after receipt of your order.

Overseas Shipping: Overseas shipping is expensive. We use Royal Mail tracked and signed for service for all items up to two kilos in weight.  Anything over this weight we will use an international courier.  Please ask for a shipping quote before ordering your item(s).

BREAKAGES OR LOSS DURING TRANSIT: In the rare event of loss or damages in transit, we take responsibility to make good the loss within the UK only. However, we will need to be advised immediately in writing. We will also need proof in the form of digital photos of the packaging and damages to substantiate your claim

Please do not return broken pieces.

RETURNS: If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we will refund the purchase transaction, provided the goods are returned undamaged and in good condition. All shipping charges incurred in the return of goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.

For commissions or personalised items, we will retain a 50% non-returnable deposit.

We cannot be responsible for returned goods damaged in transit.

If it is found that the goods are faulty we will offer to replace or refund the faulty item at no extra cost to the customer. We will only refund shipping at the cheapest over-the-counter Post Office rates.

CANCELLATION: You have the right to cancel your order within 7 workings days on receipt of goods and receive a full refund, including shipping costs. You must notify us in WRITING that you wish to cancel. Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days of receipt of returned goods.

Goods must be returned in the original packaging and arrive in good condition and undamaged within 10 workings of informing us of the cancellation.

Please note that items are returned at your own costs and we recommend the use of a registered postal service for your protection.
